My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were definitely kind and went out of their way to help, making me feel welcomed. I enjoyed the spacious room and the good breakfast served at the Rozsa restaurant. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room, as it wasn't maintained during my entire week-long stay. For the price I paid, I expected better housekeeping services.
